As HR students, the researchers would like to spearhead this study in order to analyze and make realistic solutions that could help the call center industries on this growing phenomenon. The researchers will conduct a semi-structured interview to the HR Manager of call center industries here in the Philippines. The subjects’ group age ranges from late 20s to the late 40s with the average years of experience of 3 to 10 years from the same employers. It helps to generate an in-depth account that will help the researcher a picture of reality regarding their lived experience to answer the researcher inquiry about the subject. The researchers will conduct their interview by setting a date time for each manager during the collection of data or their answers regarding the interview. Conflict of identity in the poem Essay Presents from my aunts in Pakistan was written by Moniza Alvi in the late 1950s and is about a Pakistani born girl with an English mother and a Pakistani father. They migrated to England only a couple of months into her life, now sensing that she is of no fixed nationality and living in two worlds. The Poet compares the exotic presents she receives with what she had seen at her school. The presents seem to form a link to an alternative way of life in Lahore, her birth place. Moniza Alvi writes about herself at thirteen unsure about her ethnic group. Her aunts send her three tunics from Pakistan, one peacock blue, one orange and the other apple-green for her teenage years. She also receives a pair of black slippers laced with gold embroidery. A set of glass wristlets were given to Moniza but when she tried them on one snapped drawing blood from her wrists. The poet explains that like in the UK, fashions changed, the salwar bottoms she received were narrow, when they used to be broad and stiff. When she tries her new outfits on for the first time she feels out of the ordinary, an alien in the sitting-room and doesnt think she suited the clothes. She feels that wearing the clothes in the British culture she has grown up to recognize would be inappropriate; although she was passionate about her new items of clothing she couldnt rise up out of its fire being only half-Pakistani. Unlike Aunt Jamila is the final line of the second stanza; I think that here, she desperately longs to be more like her aunt. Earlier in the stanza she says I longed for denim and corduroy, this means she doesnt feel comfortable wearing the new clothes and wants to be more English. Both of these lines contradict each other in my mind, adding to the sense of unknowing what nationality she may be a part of. Monizas parents camel skin lamp was one of the many things they owned, brought back from their Pakistani origins. She wanted the lamp in her bedroom, so she could watch the phenomenon of the colours, while considering the vindictiveness caused to the animals. She states the lamp was Like stained glass; here she is trying to put emphasis on the amazingly bright colours.  Her mother valued the Indian gold jewellery in her possession dearly until she discovered that they had been stolen from the car. In the fourth stanza the poet continues with the requests her Aunts gave in return for the presents given to Moniza and her family. They wanted some clothes commonly found in the British lifestyle, purchased from Marks and Spencers. She says that the cloths in her wardrobe didnt match any of the clothes her aunts sent, they were simply too bright with the brilliant, intense colours. In the fifth stanza she has invited a friend over to her house, she sat on her bed and asked to see her weekend clothes. Her friend wasnt too impressed when she showed her the new salwar kamez she was given. But Moniza didnt really care Small mirrors had been sewn on to the tunics and she loved them. She tries to picture the tale of how her and her parents came to England. The poet had seen herself when they first came to the U.K. in a picture her grandma had, in it she saw herself in a cot, alone, playing with a little tin boat. She looks at some old photographs of the city of Lahore (her birthplace) taken in the 1950s and compares them to how it looks now. As she grew up, she viewed images and studied articles about how the city was with the conflict; she describes Pakistan as being a fractured land. She illustrates to us the conditions her aunts were in as they wrapped up the presents they sent to her. Many innocent women happily welcomed death by confessing to witchcraft in order to end their excruciating torture during the witch hunt craze between 1450 and 1750. Since many records were lost, destroyed or never kept, the best estimation of the total deaths is several million (4). The main cause of the witch hunts was the Church inflicting fear upon the common and educated man by lying to them about what witches do and who they are. The Church also directly and indirectly increased the pain that accused women would go through during their torture. The Church made it clear, to all those who would listen, that all women were evil and capable of witchcraft. "The Bible's Apocrypha states, ?Of woman came the beginning of sin / And thanks to her, we all must die.'(Apocrypha, Ecclesiasticus 25:13-26.)" (2). Vicious comments like this caused even women themselves to fear what other women may do. This fear only lead to the distrust of woman. A book written by two German men, titled Malleus Maleficarum, "The Hammer of Witches", only furthered peoples fear of women's evil. It states that women are more likely to become witches: "?Because the female sex is more concerned with things of the flesh then men; because being formed from a man's rib, they are only ?imperfect animals' and ?crooked' where as man belongs to a privileged sex from whose midst Christ emerged.' (Malleus Maleficarum, 1486)"(2). The men that wrote Malleus Maleficarum refer to the bible for reasons to why they consider women evil, so if the Church had never incorporated such things into the bible such things may have never been thought. Many ancient myths portrayed goddess's as evil. Consequently those images of evil were kept and later attached to witches who kept goddess worship alive centuries later (4). Even devotion to the Virgin Mary (who is the biological mother of Jesus) was considered an indication of evil (2). One women, named Aldonca de Vargas, was even reported just for smiling at the mention of the Virgin Mary (Henry Kamen, Inquisition and Society in Spain) (2). Once a women was accused of witchcraft she would first have to confess in order to be executed. The torturing of accused women was so unbelievably horrid and sadistic that you would think a man of low standing would be the one to carry it out, but sadly it was the men of educated positions such as bishops, judges, professors and others. By doing the torture themselves it set them in a position of fear throughout the community and it is even said that "after the execution of a wealthy witch, officials [would treat] themselves to a banquet at the expense of the victim's estate. The torture was done in such a businesslike fashion that the relatives were charged for the victims torture and death (4). They were charged for such things as the "ropes that bound them and the wood that burned them. (Barbara Walker)."(2). Some methods of torturing the accused witches into confessing were thumbscrews, whips, red-hot tongs, and the rack, this lead to there bones being crushed, limbs severed and flesh seared. After being locked up and tortured for days on end, most women would confess in order to die and some would also accuse neighbors and friends hoping to end their own pain (4). Another method of determining the guilt of the accused was to stab needles into her eyes and if an insensitive spot was found then she was considered guilty. A Spanish church even went as far as to conform a statue of the Virgin Mary into a device of torture. They did this by covering the front side of the statue with sharp knives and nails, then they used levers to make the arms of the statue crush the accused against the knives and nails (Jean Plaidy, The Spanish Inquisition) (2). Men would also brutally attack the breasts and genitals of accused witches if they became sexually aroused around her, because it was thought that the ?witch' caused them to be. The different principals helped us to change certain aspects of our car so that every part worked well together. The principal that with every action there is an equal and opposite reaction is what we used for the thrust of our car. We based our wheels on what ones caused the least friction. We used the fact that vertical motion has no affect on horizontal motion to determine how to orient our balloon on the car. These different pieces of the car working together help it perform well. For the thrust of our car, we used a balloon attached to a PVC pipe. This pipe allowed us to let the air out of the balloon more quickly. It also helped us to direct the air straight back from the balloon. The more air we were able to release, the more negative horizontal acceleration we could have. However much acceleration there is in the negative is how much there will be in the positive because of Newton’s Third Law of Motion. The more air that is released in the negative will push the car forward faster. We needed the car to go 1 meter in 3. 5 seconds, and it needs to cover 10 meters. We tried different sized pipes and straws until we found a good balance between speed and distance. Friction between the wheels and the ground was a big concern. We tried a bunch of different wheels to see which ones rolled the best. We settled on using CDs for the wheels since they had enough friction that they could grip the ground, but not too much that it slowed the car down. We also had to worry about the friction of the axles spinning. When we would have the wheels spinning on the ends of a stationary axle, they slowed down too easily. We then used a dowel rod through a straw so that the wheels would spin at the same time. The whole axle spinning worked better than trying to get the wheels to spin freely because the wheels could get more easily caught on something than just a smooth wooden rod rubbing against the plastic straw. One of the major changes we kept making was the design of the body. We originally had a triangular body, but when we attached the balloon to it, the balloon was angled upward. Since horizontal motion has nothing to do with vertical motion, we knew any air going upward wasn’t pushing the car forward. So we changed the body to a flat surface so that we could have the air going straight out behind the car and use the majority of the thrust to move the car forward. Putting all these different aspects together helped us to build an effective car. For the thrust, we used Newton’s Third Law to design it. We tested our wheels based on how much friction was created. Because vertical motion has no affect on the horizontal motion, we knew all the thrust had to be horizontal, so we knew how to orient our balloon on the car. The story of Prophet Muhammad is the best story of all. Prophet Muhammad is the one who had the changed the world around him and had the greatest influence for the people during his time and in today’s world as well. He puts other people welfare before his own; he values other people importance before his own. These values of him made people to loved and respected him for his dedication and honesty to the society. As an Islam’s founder, some people claimed that Prophet Muhammad is a reformer while others claimed him as a revolutionary. Before I make any further argument, let’s first define what’s the difference between a reformer and revolutionary. First of all, I believe a reformer is a person who makes changes in something such as a practice or political issue in order to improve what they already have to be better. Meanwhile, a revolutionary is a person who is either actively involved or advocates revolution. Thus, here I will argue that Prophet Muhamm ad is a reformer instead of a revolutionary. According to Hart (1992), he believed that Prophet Muhammad is the most influential individual in the world and he was the only man in the history who had achieved a lot of success in both sacred and profane matters. He also puts Prophet Muhammad at No. 1 on the list among top 100 ranking of the most influential persons in the history. Prophet Muhammad was born in 570 C.E., in the city of Mecca, in the southern of Arabia. When Prophet Muhammad was forty-years-old, he was convinced that the God (Allah S.W.T.) was communicating with him through Archangel Gabriel and he was chosen to be The One to spread Islam to the people. At the beginning, he advocated only to his close friends and fellow associates. Only by about 613 C.E., Prophet... ... was done without any extra charges or taxes and it was also has to been voluntary and can’t be forced. As the conclusion, I believe that Rasulullah S.A.W. was indeed the savior of the mankind. He showed and guided us on how to solve the problems of humanity from women and children to slaves, the poor, and even to orphans. That was to establish the message from God (Allah S.W.T.) and to save us from the hot fire of Hell after our death. Therefore, it is important for us to read and understand the Al-Qur’an and read the messages of Prophet Muhammad for the success in both lives on earth and the life after death. Moreover, the Prophet also took the brutal tribal system where the rights are not equal to everyone especially to women, children and the poor, and he reformed it into a system where everyone received the same and equal amount of opportunity and chances.
